ENERGY & INFRASTRUCTURE ROW

Power Transmission & Pipeline ROW

Our Land Reclaimer™ forestry mulchers are the best mechanical application for clearing trees and standing vegetation for new transmission lines or pipeline construction; or maintaining any current  utility right of ways. The Land Reclaimers™ can work independently; or alongside other, sometimes necessary, equipment to ensure the job gets done efficiently, safely, and right the first time. Our machines leave behind an even layer of mulch that can immediately be driven on by trucks and ROW equipment. The mulch serves as a protective layer preventing re-growth, promoting grass growth, and creating a viable workspace during wet conditions. When combined with all the other aspects of the mulching method, it is evident that our Land Reclaimer™ mulching machines are the cleanest and most efficient way to perform brush clearing on any of your right of ways.

Transit & Utility ROW

Clearing for powerlines and oil and gas pipelines (or utility right-of-ways) is an ongoing process that promotes the safe and efficient operation of the utilities being maintained. OMNI Land Management makes sure when clearing trees located near the pipeline to remove roots and any additional growth that can wrap around the pipeline and damage it. OMNI knows that it is important to keep the area around the pipeline right-of-way clear of trees so nothing threatens pipeline integrity to help ensure the safety of the surrounding communities. The same considerations apply when clearing for transmission and communication right-of-ways. Attention to detail is something we don’t take lightly.
